I created this online membership GYM a vision to bring people together and foster a global movement community. Having previously run a physical gym, I understand the challenges and responsibilities of maintaining a traditional space. That’s why I chose to take this community online—to eliminate the barriers of location and give more people the chance to learn, grow, and connect, no matter where they are.

I am a self-taught multi-skilled coach with expertise in cultivating body and mind awareness. My breadth of experience in various sports and movement disciplines, as well as navigating recovery from serious injuries, has accumulated into a deep knowledge for teaching movement and form with unrelenting precision. My main areas of coaching are full body awareness, mobility, active flexibility, handstand, rehab, skills including mastering the olympic rings and few more tricks like walking on a rope or juggling, for example.
From the young age of six, I trained as a professional road cyclist. My promising career ended after a terrible accident leaving me with a serious cervical spine injury. Following a long and difficult recovery, I played as a right-back defender in a semi-professional football club for 6 years. Then, after experimenting with weight lifting until early 2018, I discovered body weight training which has since developed into my true passion. I demonstrate my personal dedication to training through daily practice, patience, consistency, discipline and preservice.
I work one-to-one with a limited number of clients in person and online, so I am able to commit to and provide the level of energy and service to ensuring you achieve your goals as well as realise the true strength and capability of your body. By focusing on fundamental movement patterns and cultivating body awareness, I ensure my clients master the basics before progressing onto intermediate and advanced movement patterns and exercises.
When we work together one-on-one you will gain a deep and lasting knowledge, awareness and connection with your body whilst reducing the risks of injuries and realising your true potential.
