I'm a movement coach, teacher, and lifelong student of the body and mind.

For the last 8 years, I’ve taught handstands, flexibility, and mobility to people all over the world, both online and in person. My work is grounded in presence, precision, and the belief that movement is a lifelong practice, not a performance.

I don’t teach to impress. I teach to connect with the body, with breath, and with the rhythm of consistent practice.

I am not about quick wins or tricks. I love to share my knowledge with people who want to slow down, listen in, and build strength and awareness that lasts a lifetime.
